Taylor Swift: From TopShop to Today

Taylor Swift rocks out with bass player Grant as they perform on NBC’s Today in NYC’s Rockefeller Center on Friday morning (May 29).

Sparkling in a teal dress and black boots, the 19-year-old Nashville princess performed three of her hits songs — “Love Story,” “Our Song,” “Teardrops on My Guitar,” and the most recent chart topper, “You Belong With Me.”

Taylor updated her MySpace @ 2:45AM this morning, saying, “It’s pretty priceless having my dad out here with me. Tonight I went shopping at TopShop in New York with the band. I got purple shoes. I’m really excited about the purple shoes, and I just needed to tell someone. I got purple shoes. Ok. That’s done. Tomorrow, after the performance on the Today show, I’ll fly back to Nashville and record a lot of new songs I’ve written in the last few weeks. I’m really excited about that. I want to get back to the tour though. Bad. I miss it every time I’m gone for a day. I’ve never had more fun doing anything in my life than I have on the Fearless tour. Thank you so much to everyone who has come to see the show. I can’t even tell you how unreal it is for me, being up there, looking at those crowds. I just never thought I’d luck out like this.”

Ashley Tisdale gives a cute smirk as she picks out a new pair of sunglasses at the Louis Vuitton shop on Thursday afternoon (May 28) in Berlin, Germany.

The 23-year-old musician shared about her shopping style, “I definitely love to shop whenever I’m not working. I love to go out when I can. I like to take a picture with them [sunglasses] on. It’s always better to have a picture.”

Ashley blew the crowd away today when she performed her hit single, “It’s Alright, It’s Ok,” at the 2009 Viva Comet Awards.

In the flick, a high school outcast (Gaelan Connell) bonds with a popular girl (Alyson Michalka) over their shared love of music and results in them assembling a rock group that looks to win their school’s upcoming battle of the bands competition.

Bandslam hits theaters on Friday, August 14th.

Demi Lovato announced the title of her new album — Here We Go Again — yesterday afternoon and now she’s teasing even more about it.

The 16-year-old musician tweeted, saying, “Listening to the final mixes of the new record….. my favorite song on the album is definitely ‘Shut Up and Love Me’ right now. So….. should I tell you guys my single and my release date? I just found out a few hours ago. I feel like I should build the suspense for a while…Yep. Gonna build the suspense…”

Demi continued, “Okay….. ready? I think this has been long enough Soon I will be shooting a music video for my single ‘Here We Go Again’ from my new record which will be released JULY 21ST!!!!!!!!!! YAYYY!”

Selena Gomez Goes ‘Whoa, Oh!’

Selena Gomez laughs away her nerves as she catches a ride to a studio in Los Angeles to record her duet with rock band Forever The Sickest Kids.

The 16-year-old starlet shared, “I’m on my way to the studio right now and I’m going to do our duet. I get to learn and have different experiences which I think is really good for me just as a beginning artist. It’s funny that my record hasn’t even come out yet and I’m doing a single with them [FTSK]. It’s gonna be fun, I’m excited.”
